leasing services.

1. Scope of Services
The Providers agree to:
- Build and host a custom website for the Client.

Complete initial website setup and publish within
2 business days of receiving required content and
payment.

Provide
unlimited content edits and design updates as
requested by the Client during the lease period. Changes are
typically made within a few business days and no more than 5, this
does not include the same day of the edit request. A new request may
take a day to get the process started, a confirmation email will be
sent out following the edits completion.
- Maintain website performance, security, and uptime.
2. Lease Terms
The Client is entering into a leasing arrangement for
the website, not ownership.

All plans include unlimited edits, hosting, and support.
Website will remain property of the Provider throughout the lease
term.
3. Buyout Option (After 12 Months)
Clients may request to
purchase full ownership rights to the website after
completing 12 consecutive months of leasing.
Pricing and transfer terms will be discussed and agreed upon in
writing at that time. Domain remains managed by Provider unless
transferred after buyout.
4. Termination

Clients may cancel at any time, but no refunds will
be issued for prepaid terms.

Provider reserves the right to terminate service if payments are
missed or the site is used for unlawful purposes.

If a lease is not renewed within 5 days of the
renewal date, the website and all associated data will be
automatically terminated and permanently deleted.

If a terminated client wishes to restart service, a
$50 reactivation fee will be charged in addition to
the new lease payment.
5. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate business information, content, and images required
for website setup.
- Communicate promptly for approval of changes and edits.

The Provider is not liable for any errors,
misrepresentations, or consequences that arise from false or
misleading information provided by the Client.
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Provider retains full ownership of the website
design, content structure, and hosting access during the lease
period.

No login or backend access will be provided to the
Client unless full ownership is purchased after 12 months.
7. Limitation of Liability
Provider shall not be held liable for any loss of business, damages,
or legal issues arising from the use of the website.
Agreement Acceptance
By signing below or making payment for services, both parties
acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the
terms of this Independent Website Leasing Agreement.
